Requirements of the Ideal Candidate:
1.5-plus consecutive years of tax experience
2.Strong tax compliance
3.Strong analytical, writing and organizational skills
4.Attention to detail
5.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-energy environment.
6.Leadership ability with positive team member player attitude
7.Bi-Lingual in either Spanish or Creole
Daily Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services including planning, research and compliance.
Prepare and/or review tax returns for corporation, flow-through entities and individuals.
Consult on a variety of tax issues and carry out the related research
Proactively interact with key client management to make business and tax recommendations
Supervise, train/develop and assess the performance of tax associates
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards
Perform other accounting and tax compliance related tasks as assigned
Hours of Operation:
10 am – 6 pm EST (Pre Season)
10 am – 9pm EST (Peak Season)
Required education:
High school or equivalent
